{"id":818,"date":"2025-10-22T23:42:50","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T23:42:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jivanotes.com\/?p=818"},"modified":"2025-10-22T23:42:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T23:42:50","slug":"dosen-feb-unm-raih-penghargaan-di-fmi-ke-17-batam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jivanotes.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/22\/dosen-feb-unm-raih-penghargaan-di-fmi-ke-17-batam\/","title":{"rendered":"Dosen FEB UNM Raih Penghargaan di FMI ke-17 Batam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>BATAM, JIVANOTES \u2013<\/strong> Dua dosen dari Program Studi (Prodi) Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Negeri Makassar (UNM) meraih penghargaan dalam Forum Manajemen Indonesia (FMI) ke-17 yang dihelat di Batam, 21-23 Oktober 2025, secara luring dan daring.<\/p>\n<p>Dua perwakilan Prodi Manajemen UNM, Khaidir Syahrul dan Isma Azis Riu, hadir langsung untuk mempresentasikan karya ilmiah mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Khaidir Syahrul berhasil meraih penghargaan &#8220;The Best Presentation&#8221; untuk paper berjudul <i>\u201cPengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Psychological Well-Being terhadap Employee Performance Karyawan PT. Bank Sulselbar\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara itu, Isma Azis Riu menyabet penghargaan &#8220;The Best Papers&#8221; dengan paper berjudul <i>\u201cDigital Storytelling Wirausaha Perempuan Malino: Negosiasi Peran Ganda Dan Hambatan Infrastruktur\u201d<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>FMI ke-17 tahun ini mengangkat topik \u201cStrategi Manajemen Berkelanjutan untuk Penguatan Ekonomi Berbasis Industri dan Maritim dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Global\u201d, diselenggarakan oleh FMI Korwil Kepulauan Riau dan Universitas Riau Kepulauan.<\/p>\n<p>Prodi Manajemen FEB UNM diketahui telah aktif menjadi anggota forum ini selama tujuh tahun berturut-turut. Keikutsertaan ini dinilai memberikan dampak positif bagi institusi dan individu dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas sumber daya.<\/p>\n<p>Kegiatan FMI ke-17 diikuti total 1036 peserta dari 179 universitas
