{"id":843,"date":"2025-10-30T07:29:35","date_gmt":"2025-10-30T07:29:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jivanotes.com\/?p=843"},"modified":"2025-10-30T07:36:51","modified_gmt":"2025-10-30T07:36:51","slug":"tantangan-calon-ketua-koni-sulsel-success-fee-dan-dana-pembinaan-pribadi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jivanotes.com\/index.php\/2025\/10\/30\/tantangan-calon-ketua-koni-sulsel-success-fee-dan-dana-pembinaan-pribadi\/","title":{"rendered":"Tantangan Calon Ketua KONI Sulsel,\u00a0 &#8216;Success Fee&#8217; dan Dana Pembinaan Pribadi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>MAKASSAR, JIVANOTES &#8211;<\/strong> Calon Ketua Komite Olahraga Nasional Indonesia (KONI) Sulawesi Selatan (Sulsel), Edy Arsyam, membuat pernyataan yang menantang menjelang Musyawarah Olahraga Provinsi (Musprov).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tantangan Dana Pribadi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selain menantang calon ketua lain untuk menyerahkan &#8220;Success Fee&#8221; sebesar Rp300 juta, Edy Arsyam juga berjanji akan mengucurkan dana pribadinya untuk pembinaan olahraga.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saya akan memberikan anggaran pembinaan kurang lebih Rp50 juta kepada setiap Cabang Olahraga (Cabor). Anggaran ini bukan dari perintah, tapi dari kantong pribadi saya,&#8221; tegas Edy Arsyam.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optimalisasi Pembinaan Atlet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Komitmen Edy Arsyam ini selaras dengan harapan Pengurus Cabor Golf Sulawesi Selatan yang menekankan pentingnya peningkatan prestasi atlet melalui pembinaan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Menurut saya, pembinaan atlet sangat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi. Ke depan, optimalisasi pembinaan atlet harus menjadi prioritas utama,&#8221; ujar perwakilan Cabor Golf Sulsel.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini menuntut investasi yang lebih besar, peningkatan kualitas pelatih dan pembina, serta kolaborasi antara pemerintah dan pihak swasta untuk mencetak prestasi gemilang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kesejahteraan dan Kemandirian Organisasi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selain fokus pada pembinaan, Edy Arsyam juga menyoroti kesejahteraan atlet sebagai hal mendasar. Untuk itu, ia berencana membentuk badan usaha atau Koperasi KONI.<\/p>\n<p>Tujuannya adalah membantu pembiayaan organisasi secara mandiri tanpa harus selalu mengandalkan dana pemerintah.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MAKASSAR, JIVANOTES &#8211;
