{"id":944,"date":"2025-11-24T10:46:44","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T10:46:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jivanotes.com\/?p=944"},"modified":"2025-11-24T10:46:44","modified_gmt":"2025-11-24T10:46:44","slug":"akselerasi-tana-toraja-menuju-three-zero-2030-tantangan-berat-hiv-aids-mengharuskan-gerak-cepat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jivanotes.com\/index.php\/2025\/11\/24\/akselerasi-tana-toraja-menuju-three-zero-2030-tantangan-berat-hiv-aids-mengharuskan-gerak-cepat\/","title":{"rendered":"Akselerasi Tana Toraja Menuju &#8220;Three Zero 2030&#8221;, Tantangan Berat HIV\/AIDS Mengharuskan Gerak Cepat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-path-to-node=\"3\"><strong>TANA TORAJA, JIVANOTES <\/strong>\u2014 Pemerintah Kabupaten Tana Toraja didorong untuk segera mempercepat langkah menuju target ambisius nasional &#8220;Three Zero 2030,&#8221; yakni nol infeksi baru, nol kematian akibat AIDS, dan nol diskriminasi.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Dorongan ini disampaikan oleh Guru Besar Universitas Mega Buana Palopo (UMB Palopo), Prof. Dr. Arlin Adam, dalam Rapat Koordinasi Penanggulangan TB &amp; HIV\/AIDS pada Senin, 24 November 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Rapat yang dibuka oleh Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Tana Toraja, dr. Rudhy Andi Lolo, M.Kes, Sp.An., dan menghadirkan Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK, Dr. Erni Yetti Riman, S.KM., M.Kes., sebagai pemateri, menyoroti tantangan serius dalam penanggulangan HIV\/AIDS di wilayah tersebut.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><strong>Fokus pada Layanan dan Stigma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Prof. Arlin memaparkan bahwa sejumlah tantangan masih menghadang, termasuk belum meratanya layanan tes HIV, risiko keterlambatan penemuan kasus, serta pentingnya menjaga ketersediaan logistik vital seperti obat ARV dan <i>test kit<\/i> agar tidak terputus. Kelompok berisiko tinggi seperti ibu hamil, kelompok kunci, dan populasi jembatan harus menjadi prioritas utama.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Menanggapi hal ini, upaya penanggulangan akan diperkuat melalui pendekatan berbasis komunitas. Pemerintah daerah akan mendorong layanan <i>mobile VCT<\/i> (Voluntary Counseling and Testing), pendampingan ODHA (Orang dengan HIV\/AIDS), dan <i>refill<\/i> ARV di fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><strong>Kolaborasi Budaya Melawan Diskriminasi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Prof. Arlin juga menegaskan bahwa hambatan terbesar bukanlah virusnya, melainkan stigma dan diskriminasi.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\"><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u201cYang berbahaya bukan ODHA, tetapi stigma yang membuat mereka menjauh dari layanan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Untuk memerangi stigma ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Tana Toraja mengajak tokoh agama dan tokoh adat untuk terlibat aktif. Selain itu, sektor pariwisata dan budaya Toraja yang terkenal akan dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana kampanye publik.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Event adat dan kegiatan pariwisata akan dijadikan ruang edukasi untuk menyebarkan informasi yang benar tentang HIV dan mendorong masyarakat lebih peduli, terbuka, dan berani melakukan tes.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Strategi kolaboratif ini diharapkan menjadi kunci bagi Tana Toraja untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih pedeledi, inklusif, dan bebas stigma dalam mempercepat pencapaian target &#8220;Three Zero
