Taruna Ikrar, M.Biomed., Ph.D., menyampaikan paparan ini dalam konferensi pers di Jakarta, Selasa (9\/12\/2025), didampingi jajaran pimpinan BPOM lainnya.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">Konferensi pers tersebut dihadiri perwakilan kementerian\/lembaga, asosiasi pelaku usaha, <i>beauty creator<\/i>, dan media nasional.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Prof. Taruna Ikrar menyoroti industri kosmetik sebagai sektor strategis dengan proyeksi nilai pasar nasional mencapai USD 2,09 miliar pada 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Peningkatan konsumsi, khususnya saat promo besar seperti Harbolnas, mendorong lonjakan peredaran produk ilegal.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">&#8220;Pertumbuhan industri harus diimbangi pengawasan ketat untuk memastikan perlindungan kesehatan masyarakat,&#8221; tegasnya.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"4\">Pengawasan Offline dan Online<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\">Pengawasan Luring: Pemeriksaan 984 sarana di seluruh Indonesia pada 10\u201321 November 2025 menemukan 408.054 <i>pieces<\/i> kosmetik ilegal senilai lebih dari Rp26,2 miliar. Pelanggaran utama meliputi produk tanpa izin edar (TIE), mengandung bahan berbahaya (merkuri, hidrokinon), dan impor tanpa dokumen resmi. Hampir 48% (470 sarana) dinyatakan tidak memenuhi ketentuan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\">Kolaborasi Impor: BPOM juga berkoordinasi dengan Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai untuk menangani 26 kasus impor ilegal dengan nilai temuan Rp1,7 miliar.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\">Patroli Siber (Online): Patroli siber BPOM menemukan 5.313 tautan yang melanggar ketentuan, yang didominasi oleh kosmetik TIE (76,8%) dan kosmetik mengandung bahan berbahaya (23,2%). Angka ini meningkat hampir dua kali lipat dari tahun sebelumnya.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Nilai potensi kerugian terbesar yang berhasil dicegah berasal dari penertiban ruang digital, yakni mencapai Rp1,84 triliun, setelah BPOM merekomendasikan <i>take down<\/i> seluruh tautan yang melanggar kepada Kominfo dan idEA.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Penertiban Klaim Asusila<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Selain produk ilegal dan berbahaya, BPOM juga menertibkan 13 produk kosmetik pria yang mempromosikan klaim yang melanggar norma kesusilaan, seperti &#8220;meningkatkan kualitas sperma&#8221; atau &#8220;menjaga tegang tahan lama&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Produk-produk tersebut kini telah dicabut izin edarnya, diperintahkan untuk ditarik dan dimusnahkan, serta dihentikan promosinya.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Prof. Taruna mengimbau masyarakat untuk menjadi konsumen cerdas dengan melakukan prinsip Cek KLIK (Cek Kemasan, Label, Izin Edar, dan Kedaluwarsa) serta melaporkan dugaan pelanggaran melalui HALOBPOM 1-500-533.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">&#8220;Pengawasan yang kuat akan melindungi masyarakat dan
